How to request or replace a titanium Apple Card

You can request a new titanium Apple Card or a replacement card in the Wallet app.

How to get a titanium card

If you don't have an Apple Card, learn how to apply.

If you have an Apple Card, you can request a titanium card.

  1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card.

  2. Tap the More button the More button, then tap Card Detailsthe card details button.

  3. Scroll down and tap "Get a titanium Apple Card."

  4. Follow the instructions on your screen.

A notification is sent to your iPhone when your titanium card ships—the card ships to the Apple Card billing address in Wallet. If you want your card delivered to a different address, update your billing address in Wallet before you request your titanium card.

Order a titanium card for a participant under 18

If you're the account owner or co-owner1 of an Apple Card Family2 account, you can order a titanium card for any participants3 on your account who are under 18.

  1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card.

  2. Tap the More buttonthe More button, then tap Card Detailsthe card details button.

  3. Tap the participant's name.

  4. Scroll down to Titanium Card and tap "Request."

  5. Follow the instructions on your screen.

How to activate your Apple Card

You need a compatible iPhone with the latest iOS version to activate your titanium Apple Card. Your card is ready to use as soon as it's activated. If you're part of a shared Apple Card account, you can activate your own titanium card.

If you have the Apple Card packaging

  1. Open the packaging that contained your titanium card.

  2. Follow the steps in the packaging. If you need help, call or chat with an Apple Card specialist.

If you don't have the Apple Card packaging

  1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card.

  2. Tap the More buttonthe More button, then tap Card Detailsthe card details button.

  3. Under Titanium Card, tap "Activate Your Card."

  4. Tap "Having trouble activating your card."

  5. Tap "Do Not Have Card Packaging," then follow the instructions on your screen.

How to get a replacement card

If your card is lost or stolen, you should lock the card before you request a replacement card.4 Additionally, you can contact an Apple Card specialist.

You can also request a replacement card if your titanium card is damaged or expired.

On iPhone

  1. Open the Wallet app.

  2. Tap Apple Card.

  3. Tap the More buttonthe More button, then tap Card DetailsCard Details.

  4. Scroll down to Titanium Card and tap "Request Replacement Card," then follow the instructions on your screen.

On iPad

  1. Open the Settings App.

  2. Scroll down and tap Wallet & Apple Pay.

  3. Tap Apple Card.

  4. Under Titanium Card, tap "Request Replacement Card," then follow the instructions on your screen.

If you're a participant under 18 in an Apple Card Family account, ask the account owner or co-owner to request a replacement card for you.

If both your iPhone and titanium card are lost or stolen

  1. Call Goldman Sachs at (877) 255-5923 to request a replacement Apple Card.

  2. Then, learn how to protect your information.

If you want to change the name on your titanium card

Call or chat with an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs, then request a new card.

  1. Each Co-Owner is individually liable for all balances on the Co-Owned Apple Card, including amounts due on your Co-Owner's account before the accounts merged. Each Co-Owner will be reported to credit bureaus as an owner on the account. In addition, Co-Owners will have full visibility into all account activity and each Co-Owner is responsible for the other Co-Owner’s instructions or requests. Co-Ownership involves risk, including payment history and other information about your Apple Card, including negative items like missed payments. Adding a new Co-Owner or merging existing accounts is subject to credit approval and general eligibility requirements. For Apple Card eligibility requirements, click here. Either Co-Owner can close the account at any time, which may negatively impact your credit, and you will still be responsible for paying all balances on the account.   2. Apple Card Family Participants and Co-Owners do not need to have a familial relationship but must be part of the same Apple Family Sharing group.

  3. If you are a Participant, you can spend money on the account but are not responsible for payments. Being a Participant who is reported to the credit bureaus on an account with a negative payment history (e.g., the account goes past due) or an overutilized account can negatively affect your credit.   4. Lost or stolen cards will be immediately suspended.

To access and use all Apple Card features and products available only to Apple Card users, you must add Apple Card to Wallet on an iPhone or iPad that supports and has the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Apple Card is subject to credit approval, is available only for qualifying applicants in the United States, and is issued by Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Salt Lake City Branch.
