Clear cell content and formatting in Keynote for iCloud

You can delete everything in a cell, including its contents, formatting, and styling, or delete the content but preserve the cells’ data format, text style, and cell style.

Select the cells you want to clear.
Press the Control key as you click anywhere in the range, then do one of the following:
- Delete the content but preserve formatting and styling: Choose Delete Cell Contents.
- Remove all content, formatting, and styling: Choose Clear All.
