Change Downtime settings in Screen Time on Mac
Use Downtime settings in Screen Time to schedule time away from the screen, or to turn downtime on or off as needed. During downtime, only apps that you choose to allow and phone calls are available.
To change these settings on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Screen Time in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu and choose a family member (if you’re a parent/guardian in a Family Sharing group), then click Downtime.
If you don’t see Downtime, you need to turn on Screen Time for the selected family member.
