This may be caused by the computer's firewall settings. If the OS X firewall is enabled and the setting to "Block all incoming connections" is activated, Logic Remote will be unable to connect. To turn off the setting:
- Choose System Preferences from the Apple () menu.
- Click Security & Privacy.
- Click the Firewall tab.
- Click the Firewall Options button. You may have to click the lock at the bottom of the window and authenticate with an administrator password to access the button.
- Disable the option to "Block all incoming connections" checkbox in the upper-right corner.
- Click OK.
