Apple Creator Studio is a collection of creativity and productivity apps from Apple that includes Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor, and MainStage. The subscription also includes premium content and AI features in Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and Freeform.1

Subscribe to Apple Creator Studio

When you first open an Apple Creator Studio app, you can sign up for a free one-month trial and choose a monthly or an annual subscription.

  1. Open one of the Apple Creator Studio apps, click or tap Continue, then follow any onscreen instructions. For Pages, Numbers, or Keynote, you can subscribe from within the app when you interact with premium content or features.

  2. Click or tap Accept Free Trial (or another available option), then follow the onscreen instructions to subscribe using your Apple Account.

  3. To get started, create a new project or document or open an existing project or document in an Apple Creator Studio app.

If you're already subscribed to Final Cut Pro for iPad or Logic Pro for iPad, download and open another Apple Creator Studio app, then subscribe from within that app.

Manage your subscription

You can modify or cancel your Apple Creator Studio subscription from your Mac, iPad, or iPhone. If you cancel your subscription, youʼll continue to have full access to all apps in Apple Creator Studio and their features until the end of the billing period of your subscription.

Manage your subscription on Mac

  1. In one of the included apps, choose the app name from the menu bar, then choose Manage Subscriptions from the menu. The App Store opens and shows your subscriptions. If you don’t see your subscriptions, make sure you’re signed in to the Apple Account in the App Store that you used to subscribe to Apple Creator Studio.

  2. In the Subscriptions list, click Apple Creator Studio, then modify or cancel your subscription:

    • To modify your subscription plan, click a different subscription option, then follow the instructions.

    • To cancel your subscription or free trial, click Cancel Subscription, then follow the instructions.

  3. To change or update your payment method, click your name in the lower-left corner, click Account Settings, click Payment Methods, then follow the instructions.

Manage your subscription on iPad or iPhone

  1. From the Home screen, open the Settings app, then tap your Apple Account.

  2. Tap Subscriptions. If you don’t see your subscriptions, make sure you’re signed in to the Apple Account in the App Store that you used to subscribe to Apple Creator Studio.

  3. In the Subscriptions list, tap Apple Creator Studio, then modify or cancel your subscription:

    • To modify your subscription plan, tap See All Plans, tap a different subscription option, then follow the onscreen instructions.

    • To cancel your subscription or free trial, tap Cancel Subscription, then follow the onscreen instructions.

  4. To change or update your payment method:

    • Open the App Store, then tap the My Account button or your picture at the top right.

    • Tap your name.

    • Tap Manage Payments, then tap Payment Methods.

    • Edit or remove the existing payment method or add a new payment method.

Purchase apps individually

Final Cut Pro, Motion, Compressor, Logic Pro, MainStage, and Pixelmator Pro are also available as one-time purchases for Mac on the App Store. If you previously purchased one of these apps and you also have an Apple Creator Studio subscription, you can use either version of the apps. You can have both versions of these apps installed on your Mac. To make it easier to distinguish versions, the apps in Apple Creator Studio have unique icons.

Share Apple Creator Studio with your family

When you enroll in Family Sharing, you and up to five other family members can share access to an Apple Creator Studio subscription. To share an Apple Creator Studio monthly or annual subscription, make sure the subscription appears under Family Sharing > Subscription Sharing and is active.

Apple Creator Studio system requirements

Full Apple Creator Studio functionality is available with macOS 26, iPadOS 26, and iOS 26. Apple Creator Studio is available in the App Store and requires an Apple Account. Features are subject to change, and some may require internet access. Additional fees and terms may apply.

Minimum system requirements for each Apple Creator Studio app are as follows:

  • All Mac apps require macOS 15.6 or later, except for Pixelmator Pro, which requires macOS 26 or later.

  • Final Cut Pro:

    • Final Cut Pro on Mac requires macOS 15.6 or later.

    • Final Cut Pro for iPad requires iPadOS 18.6 or later and an iPad, iPad Pro, or iPad Air with an Apple M1 chip or later, iPad (A16), or iPad mini (A17 Pro).

  • Logic Pro:

    • Logic Pro for Mac requires macOS 15.6 or later and a Mac with Apple silicon.

    • Logic Pro for iPad requires iPadOS 26 or later and an iPad with Apple A12 Bionic chip or later. Some features require Apple A17 Pro chip or later.

  • Pixelmator Pro:

    • Pixelmator Pro for Mac requires macOS 26 or later.

    • Pixelmator Pro for iPad requires iPadOS 26 or later and an iPad, iPad Pro, or iPad Air with an Apple M1 chip or later, iPad (A16), or iPad mini (A17 Pro).

  • Pages, Numbers, and Keynote:

    • Pages, Numbers, and Keynote on Mac require macOS 15.6 or later.

    • Pages, Numbers and Keynote for iPad, iPhone, and Apple Vision Pro require iPadOS 18 or later, iOS 18 or later, and visionOS 2 or later.

    • Some premium features require macOS 26, iPadOS 26, iOS 26, or visionOS 26 or later.

  • Motion requires macOS 15.6 or later.

  • Compressor requires macOS 15.6 or later. Some features require a Mac with Apple silicon.

  • MainStage requires macOS 15.6 or later and a Mac with Apple silicon.

Intelligence features

Apple Creator Studio versions of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote offer intelligence features like Image Generation, Super Resolution and Auto Crop in Keynote, Pages, and Numbers; Generate Presentation, Generate Presenter Notes, and Slide Clean Up in Keynote; and Magic Fill in Numbers.

Intelligence features system requirements

The Image Generation2 feature in Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, and the Generate Presenter Notes2,3 and Generate Presentation2,3 features in Keynote require the following:

  • iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max or later, any iPad with A17 Pro or M1 and later, or Mac with M1 or later.

  • iOS 26, iPad OS 26, or macOS 26 Tahoe or higher.

  • An Apple Account with iCloud set up and active.

Image Generation in Pages, Numbers, and Keynote also requires the latest version of macOS with Apple Intelligence enabled. Age restrictions, language or locale restrictions, managed account configurations, or other hardware and software limitations can affect the availability of the Image Generation feature.

Usage limits of intelligence features

Image generation, generating slides, and generating presenter notes are subject to limitations:

  • These features are powered by OpenAI and available in regions where the services of OpenAI are available. Availability may be further limited or blocked by local restrictions, network providers, or government regulations. Countries and Territories that OpenAI supports

  • The exact number of images, slides, and presenter notes that you can generate varies based on the complexity of the queries, server availability, and network availability. At a minimum per month, if used exclusively, you can:

    • Generate 50 images

    • Generate 50 presentations (with approximately 8–10 slides each)

    • Generate presenter notes for 700 slides

  • Usage limits reset each month.

  • To view your usage status:

    • On Mac, depending on the app you're using, choose Pages, Numbers, or Keynote from the menu bar, choose Intelligence Features, then choose Show Usage Status.

    • On iPhone or iPad, open Pages, Numbers, or Keynote, tap the More button , tap Intelligence Features, then tap Show Usage Status.

  • These features may lead to unexpected results. To report concerns with the results:

    • For a generated presentation, click or tap "Report a concern" in the alert that appears when slides have finished generating.

    • For generated presenter notes, click or tap "Report a concern" in the presenter notes after the notes have been generated.

    • For a generated image, click or tap the More button on the created image, then click or tap the "Report a concern" button.

  • These features do not integrate with your ChatGPT account.

Intelligence features and privacy

The content that you send as part of these features will never be used to train intelligence models.
