Change General settings in the Apple TV app on Windows
In the Apple TV app 
on your Windows device, use General settings to set whether your movies and shows are downloaded, are available across devices, and more.
To change these settings, select the Sidebar Actions button 
at the top of the sidebar, choose Settings, then select General in the main window.
