
Change the layout of shortcuts on Mac
By default, the Shortcuts app displays shortcuts in a grid view, in the order you create them.
You can change the view to display your shortcuts in a list. List view lets you easily sort shortcuts by name, action count, and more.
Change views
In the Shortcuts app  on your Mac, do one of the following:

- Change from grid view to list view: From any screen that displays your shortcuts, click  . .
- Change from list view to grid view: From any screen that displays your shortcuts, click  . .
Sort shortcuts in List view
When your shortcuts are displayed in list view, you can change their sorting order.
- In the Shortcuts app  on your Mac, make sure the List View button is selected in the toolbar, then click the header of a column to sort. on your Mac, make sure the List View button is selected in the toolbar, then click the header of a column to sort.- You can click the header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
