Remove a public course from the iTunes U catalog
After a course is published in the iTunes U catalog and available publicly for all users to view and subscribe, to remove the course from the iTunes U catalog you must contact your institution’s iTunes U Public Site Manager administrator and request that the administrator remove the course from your institution’s iTunes U site.
Removing a public course from the iTunes U catalog does not make the course private. Once you submit the request to make a course public, it cannot be undone and you cannot make the course private again or restore the roster.
Request a public course be removed from the iTunes U catalog
Contact your institution’s iTunes U Public Site Manager administrator and request that your administrator remove the course from your institution’s iTunes U site.
Once your institution’s administrator removes the course and publishes your site, your course is no longer available in the iTunes U catalog.
When a course is removed from the iTunes U catalog:
Anyone previously enrolled in the course remains enrolled
Students can continue to enroll in the course using the existing course link
A roster is not available for the course
