Create an email signature in Mail on iCloud.com

You can create a plain text signature that appears automatically on every email you send.

Create an email signature

Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Tap at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings.
Tap , then choose Composing.
Scroll down, select “Add a signature,” then type your signature text.
Tap Done.

The signature appears on any new emails you send.

Stop using an email signature

You can stop using a signature on any new emails you send.

Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Tap at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings.
Tap , choose Composing, then deselect “Add a signature.”
