You can use your device to cancel a subscription from Apple.

Cancel a subscription on your iPhone

1. In Settings, tap your name.

2. Tap Subscriptions.

   

3. Tap the subscription.

4. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Cancel a subscription on your Apple Vision Pro

1. In Settings, tap your name.

2. Tap Subscriptions.

Cancel a subscription on your Mac

1. In the App Store, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Or, click the Sign In button and sign in to your Apple Account.

2. On the page that appears, click your name. You might be asked to sign in to your Apple Account.

3. Click Subscriptions.

   

4. Click the subscription you'd like to cancel.

5. Click Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Cancel a subscription on your Windows PC

You can cancel Apple Music on the web, and cancel Apple TV on the web. To cancel any subscription billed by Apple, use the Apple Music app or Apple TV app for Windows.

Use the Apple Music app or Apple TV app for Windows

1. On your Windows PC, open the Apple Music app or Apple TV app.

2. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose View My Account. You might need to sign in to your Apple Account.

   

3. Scroll to the Settings section. Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.

   

4. Find the subscription that you want to cancel, then click Edit.

5. Click Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel or Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already canceled.

If you have an older version of iTunes for Windows

1. On your Windows PC, open iTunes.

2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account, then choose View My Account.

3. Scroll to the Settings section. Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.

   

4. Find the subscription that you want to cancel, then click Edit.

5. Click Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel or Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already canceled.

Cancel a subscription on your Android device

If you subscribe to Apple Music or Apple TV on your Android device and are being billed through Google Play, you can cancel your subscription on the Google Play app.

To cancel a subscription billed by Apple:

1. Go to account.apple.com.

2. Follow the onscreen instructions. You will be asked to sign in to your Apple Account.

If you can't find the subscription that you want to cancel

1. Search your email for the words "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple".

2. On the receipt for the subscription, check which Apple Account was used.

If a family member's Apple Account appears on the receipt

Ask the family member whose Apple Account appears on the receipt to cancel the subscription. You can’t cancel a family member's subscription.

If another Apple Account that you use appears on the receipt

Sign in to the Apple Account that appears on the receipt to cancel the subscription.

If you can't find a receipt from Apple for the subscription

You might've bought the subscription from another company. To find out which company bills you, check your bank or credit card statement. To cancel the subscription, contact the company that bills you for the subscription.

If you can't find an AppleCare plan subscription

If you're trying to cancel an AppleCare plan subscription, you might need to finish your AppleCare plan setup and link your plan to your Apple Account.

Cancel a subscription you received through your wireless carrier or other provider

• Contact your wireless carrier or other provider for support.

• If you need to change the Apple Account linked to your subscription, contact Apple Support. Then contact your wireless carrier or other provider to set up your subscription again.

• If you signed up for a trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

• Canceling subscriptions is slightly different in some countries and regions. There are special circumstances for Germany, Israel, South Africa, and Türkiye.
