If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement

Apple.com/bill appears on your billing statement when you buy an app, music, movie, or other content from Apple. It also appears when a subscription renews and when a family member buys apps or content from Apple.

How to see what you were charged for

  1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

  2. Sign in to your Apple Account.

  3. If Family Sharing is enabled, you can see your family members’ purchases. Select the Apple Account menu and choose a family member.

  4. To see the full receipt, including tax, tap or click the purchase date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

You can also view your Purchase History on your device.

If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want

If you were charged for a subscription you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription.

If you can't find the charge in your purchase history

  • If you can't find a matching charge at reportaproblem.apple.com and you have more than one Apple Account, you may have used a different Apple Account to make a purchase. Use this Apple Account to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com and review your purchase history.

  • If you share your credit card information with a family member, ask them if they made the purchase.
