Add your vision prescription in the Health app
You can add and store your vision prescription in the Health app to easily access information about your vision or corrective eyewear.
Add your vision prescription
If you have an image or PDF of your prescription saved on your iPhone, you can upload it to the Health app. If you don't have a saved copy, you can also manually add your vision prescription information.
Add your vision prescription from an image
On your iPhone or iPad, open the Health app.
If you're on your iPhone, tap . If you're on your iPad, tap to open the sidebar.
Tap Body Measurements, then tap Vision Prescription.
Tap .

Tap Date Issued to enter the start date of your prescription.
Tap .

Tap if you have a physical copy of your prescription to scan. Tap if your prescription is saved in the Photos app. Tap if your prescription is saved in the Files app.
Scan or locate your prescription, then tap .
Tap if you don't need to enter your prescription details. If prescription details are required in your country or region, tap Required or Add next to a field to add the information.
Tap in the upper corner.
Manually add your vision prescription
Vision prescriptions can vary, and not all countries or regions will require the same fields or measurements. If you manually add your vision prescription, you only need to add the information specific to the prescription in your country or region.
On your iPhone or iPad, open the Health app.
If you're on your iPhone, tap . If you're on your iPad, tap to open the sidebar.
Tap Body Measurements, then tap Vision Prescription.
Tap Add a Prescription.
Tap a field or tap Add next to the field to edit it.

Once you've added your prescription details, tap in the upper corner.
