Find and replace text in Keynote for iCloud
You can search for specific words, phrases, numbers, and characters, and automatically replace search results with new content that you specify. Text in all text boxes, shapes, tables, and image captions is included in the search.
Search for specific text
Click the View button in the toolbar, then choose Show Find & Replace.
You can also press Command-F (on a Mac) or Control-F (on a Windows computer).
Note: In a shared presentation set to View Only, click the Find button in the toolbar.
In the Find field, enter a word or phrase you want to find.
Matches are highlighted as you enter text.
To refine your search, click the Settings button to the left of the Find field, then do any of the following:
Find words matching the capitalization of the text you entered: Choose Match Case.
Restrict search results to whole words: Choose Whole Words.
For example, searching for under with Whole Words selected won’t find the word underline.
Click the arrows to the right of the Find field to select the next or previous instance of text that matches your search.
To change the text, double-click the highlighted text, then type.
When you’re finished, click Done (or press the Esc key on your keyboard).
