Schedule your medications
Stay consistent with your medications using the Health app. You can build a list of your medications, schedule when to take them, and log when you do.

Cycle Tracking lets you log your period, record symptoms like cramps, and track cycle factors like lactation. It can also help predict when your next period or fertile window will begin.
