Select and buy content from the Volume Store portal
The Volume Store provides a streamlined purchasing process.
Note: Some Apple Books content is not available in certain countries or regions. To learn whether certain Apple Books content is available in your country or region, see the Apple Support article Availability of Apple programs for education and business.
Sign in to the Volume Store
Go to Apple’s Volume Store, select Business, then sign in using your Managed Apple ID.
Click Sign In, enter your Managed Apple ID and password, then click Sign In.
If this is your first time signing in to the Volume Store, you must click Continue and agree to the terms and conditions.
Search for an app or book and place your order
Open the Media Type pop-up menu, then choose the type of content you’re searching for.
If you like, use the Category menu to refine your search.
Enter an app or book name or an ISBN number, or paste a link from iTunes or the App Store, then click Search.
Select your app or book in the list, then enter the quantity.
Universal apps that work on both iPhone and iPad are identified with the universal badge (+).
Do one of the following:
Choose Managed Distribution to distribute the apps.
Note: You can also buy books in volume, but books obtained from the Books app, once assigned, become the property of the Managed Apple ID and can’t be reassigned.
Choose redemption codes.
Click Review Order, make sure everything is correct, then click Place Order. A mail message will be sent to this Managed Apple ID account, notifying you when the purchase is complete.
