Change the shipping address for print product orders in Photos for macOS

Before you place an order for photo products, you can view and change the shipping address with these steps.

Add a new address to your contact card

Photos uses My Card in the Contacts app of your Mac to find the default shipping address for your photo orders. 

If you'd like to change or add to the addresses on your contact card, you can do so in the Contacts app, or you can do it within the Photos order page:

  1. Select the check box next to your name. If Photos shows you Suggested Addresses, either select the standardized address it suggests, or click Ignore Suggestions.
  2. Click on your address, listed below your name, and choose Edit from the menu that pops up.
  3. Your contact card appears. Scroll to the address section and select the type of address you're adding (home, work, or other). Then add your new address in the blank areas marked Street, City, State, ZIP, and Country. Click OK to save your changes.
  4. Click your address again to select from your list of addresses, including the new one you just added.
  5. Select the Place Order button to continue.

Choose an address from your contact card

If your contact card has multiple addresses, you can select which one to use with these steps:

  1. In the Checkout window, select the checkbox next to your name. If Photos shows you Suggested Addresses, either select the standardized address it suggests, or click Ignore Suggestions.
  2. Click the address below your name. The other addresses in your contact card appear in a menu. Choose the one you want to use.
  3. Select the Place Order button to continue.

Ship to a different person

You can also ship the order to a different person:

  1. Click Add Shipping Address in the Checkout window.
  2. Select any person from your Contacts. If there's no contact card for the person you want to receive the order, click New to create one.
  3. Add an address for this new contact in the blank areas marked Street, City, State, ZIP, and Country.
  4. Select the Place Order button to continue.

It's important to choose the correct address

After you place your order, Apple can't change the shipping address. If you submit an order with the wrong address, you can cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it by visiting the Apple Photo Services Order History page. Then you can resubmit the order with the correct address.

If you place an order in Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, you have 90 minutes to cancel.
