Browse appears in the Apple Music app menu bar if you subscribe to the Apple Music Student, Individual, or Family Plan. Browse showcases the best music and music video recommendations from music experts.
Note: Not all features, including Browse, are available in the Apple Music Voice Plan. For more information, see the Apple Support article How to use Apple Music Voice.
Browse and play expert recommendations
Open Music on Apple TV, then navigate to Browse.
Navigate down to see a menu of Browse categories for both music and music videos.
Do any of the following:
Browse featured items and playlists: Navigate left or right to browse the items at the top of the screen.
Browse new music: Navigate down to the New Music row.
Fit the music to the mood: Navigate down to Music by Mood, then select an activity or mood.
See what’s hot: Navigate down to More to Explore, then select the Top Charts, where you can view top songs, top albums, and other popular content.
See music videos: Navigate down to More to Explore, then select Music Videos to see featured videos.
Hear music handpicked by experts: Navigate down to More to Explore, then select Genres and choose a genre.
Navigate to a featured album, artist, music video, or playlist, then press the clickpad center (second-generation Siri Remote) or the touch surface (first-generation Siri Remote) to view it.
Select a song to play it, or press and hold the clickpad center or touch surface to show a menu with more options.
Depending on the song, you can create a station, add it to a playlist or your library, or remove it from your library.
Siri: Say something like:
“Add this to my collection”
“Create a radio station based on this song”
