spreadsheet manager

When you open Numbers for iCloud, you see the spreadsheet manager where you create, open, and manage spreadsheets stored on your iCloud Drive.

By default, the spreadsheet manager shows recently edited spreadsheets. Click Browse (on the left) to view all your spreadsheets, or click Shared to view only shared spreadsheets.

To return to the spreadsheet manager when a spreadsheet is open, click the Tools button in the toolbar, then choose Go to My Spreadsheets.
