Problems signing in to iTunes U for web
If you have trouble signing in to iTunes U for web, try the following:
When typing your password, make sure the Caps Lock key is not on (passwords are case-sensitive).
Make sure you are typing your complete Apple ID or Managed Apple ID in the iTunes U Sign In page.
If you have more than one ID, make sure you are using the correct ID and password combination.
Your instructor name pop-up menu and the My Instructor Info page display the ID you used to sign in to iTunes U.
If you cannot remember your password, or you see a message that your account has been disabled for security reasons (which means someone tried and failed to sign in multiple times), you need to reset your password in the iForgot website at https://iforgot.apple.com.
For security reasons, iTunes U signs you out of your session if:
You haven't been active for several hours.
You are using iTunes U on an iPad and switch to iTunes U for web.
If you have two-step verification turned on for your ID, you must verify your identity using one of your devices before you can sign in to iTunes U. See Two-step verification for Apple ID.
