Frame blending
A method of smoothing the transition between individual frames when you modify the frame rate of a clip. For example, duplicating frames to create slow motion can result in a strobing, jittery effect. To minimize this, you can turn on frame blending, which creates new in-between frames, each a composite of two neighboring frames.
