If Siri isn't working on your iPhone or iPad
Check a few settings on your iPhone or iPad to make sure that Siri is set up to listen for your voice and respond to your requests.
First, confirm that your device is connected to the internet. When your device is offline, Siri will usually respond and say "I'm having trouble with the connection."
Next, make sure you have enabled Siri. Open Settings on your device and tap Siri.* Tap Turn On Siri and follow the setup options onscreen.
*On some versions of iOS, Siri preferences are in Settings under Apple Intelligence & Siri.

Check your software and settings
Siri requires iOS 7 or later. Siri AI (Beta) is available in select languages and regions. Update the software on your iPhone or iPad to turn on Siri and Siri AI.
If Siri doesn't appear in Settings after your device restarts, check your VPN settings. Some VPN profiles might not allow use of Siri.
