Use VoiceOver to preview comments and track changes in Pages on Mac
You can use VoiceOver to read annotations made by other people collaborating on a document. Annotations are separated by VoiceOver into three groups: comments, highlights, and tracked changes. VoiceOver reads comments and identifies the person who made the comment, describes highlights (including the color of the highlight), and when you select a tracked change, VoiceOver speaks whether a potential change is an addition or deletion, and lets you preview the change before you accept it.
Preview highlights, comments, and tracked changes
Go to the Pages app on your Mac.
Open a document, press VO-U to open the rotor, then use the left and right arrow keys to select Highlights, Comments, or Tracked Changes.
Use the up and down arrow keys to navigate among the items in the document that apply to that menu (for example, to navigate among each comment), then press Return to choose one and jump to that point in the document.
Preview text including tracked changes
You can use the “Preview Change” action to preview the result of a tracked change before you accept or reject it. When you choose this action, VoiceOver speaks the text as it would appear if the tracked change was accepted. This action is available when you have selected a tracked change in the document body.
Go to the Pages app on your Mac.
Open a document, use the up and down arrow keys to navigate to “Preview Change,” then press Return to preview the change.
Press VO-Command-Space to open the Actions menu.
