Stop sharing your location with others in your Family Sharing group on Mac
Each family member in a Family Sharing group can choose whether or not to share their location with other family members in Location Sharing settings in Family Sharing. To see the location of each other’s devices, family members can use the Find My app on their Mac, iPhone, or iPad. They can also use a web browser to access the Find My app on iCloud.com.
If you change your mind, you can stop sharing your device locations with individual family members.
Note: Children may not be able to stop sharing their location if the organizer, a parent, or a guardian restricted their ability to make changes.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Family in the sidebar.
If you don’t see Family, set up Family Sharing.
Click Location Sharing, then turn off location sharing next to the name of the person you want to stop sharing your location with.
For more ways to stop sharing your location, see Stop sharing your location in Find My.
