If installation of Windows 10 on your Mac stops at RealTek software

If your Mac starts up in Windows but doesn't finish installing Windows Support Software, follow these steps to complete the installation.

You might find that your Mac starts up with Boot Camp in Windows, but the installation of Windows Support Software doesn't complete.

If this happens, the complete installation might be prevented by RealTek software. You can allow installation to continue by ending the processes related to RealTek.

Follow the steps on the Windows website to end a process.
