Find your Apple Vision Pro serial number

Learn how to find the serial number for your Apple Vision Pro and your ZEISS Optical Inserts. Also find out how to locate sizing info for your Light Seal and Light Seal Cushion.

Find your Apple Vision Pro serial number in Settings

You can find the serial number while wearing your Apple Vision Pro. Open Settings, then go to General > About.

Find your Apple Vision Pro serial number on the device

The serial number of your Apple Vision Pro is a 10-digit number located on the left side of the device when it's facing away from you, like you'd wear it.

Take off the Light Seal, then look for the serial number printed vertically on the Apple Vision Pro aluminum enclosure, between the left Audio Strap and the black fabric that surrounds the left display.

Find serial numbers for ZEISS Optical Inserts

The serial numbers of your ZEISS Optical Inserts are printed on the back of the frame of each ZEISS Optical Insert. You can also find the serial numbers in these locations:

• In the email you received when you enrolled your ZEISS Optical Inserts

• While using your Apple Vision Pro: Go to Settings > Eyes and Hands, then tap your ZEISS Optical Inserts.

• In the Health app on your iPhone: Tap the Browse tab, then go to Body Measurements > Vision Prescription > All Prescriptions. Tap your ZEISS Optical Inserts prescription to see the serial numbers.

Find the sizes of your Light Seal and Light Seal Cushion

You might need to find the sizes of your Light Seal and Light Seal Cushion if you're ordering new ones or if you're asked to provide the information when sending in your Apple Vision Pro for repair.

The size of your Light Seal is printed on the Light Seal frame, on the surface that the Light Seal Cushion attaches to. It consists of two numbers and a letter.

The size of your Light Seal Cushion is printed on the surface that attaches to the Light Seal. There are four sizes: W, W+, N, and N+.
