OS X Server: Enabling the AFP Server Activity log

Learn how to enable the AFP Server Activity log.

This log may be useful to someone who is troubleshooting behaviors related to the Apple File Server. In Lion Server and later, the AFP Activity log is not enabled by default.

Use this Terminal command to enable the AFP Server Activity log:

sudo serveradmin settings afp:activityLog=yes
