Track important health information with Apple Watch
Your Apple Watch can help track and visualize your menstrual cycle, notify you if the noise in your environment rises to a level that could affect your hearing, and track important information related to your heart.
Get heart rate alerts
If your heart rate is too high—or too low—your Apple Watch alerts you so you can seek help if needed. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, go to My Watch, tap Heart, turn on High Heart Rate or Low Heart Rate, then set a heart rate threshold.
Track your menstrual cycle
Use the Cycle Tracking app to log daily information about your menstrual cycle. The app uses that information to provide period and fertility window predictions.
Fall detection (Apple Watch Series 4 and later only)
If you take a fall of significant impact and your Apple Watch detects that you’ve been immobile for about a minute, it calls emergency services and sends a message to your emergency contacts automatically.
Find out if it’s too loud
The Noise app on Apple Watch Series 4 and later measures the ambient sound levels in your environment and can display a notification when these levels may affect your hearing. Open the Noise app on Apple Watch to get started.
