Domains payload settings
Use the Domains payload on an iOS or iPadOS device to specify which mail domains will be marked in Mail on the device, and which web domains’ documents are considered managed.
Unmarked email domains
Mail messages addressed to domains not on the approved list are marked in red. For example, a user could have example.com and group.example.com in a list of known domains. If this user addressed a mail message to firstname.lastname@example.org, that address would be marked so users would know the domain acme.com wasn’t on the approved list.
Managed Safari web domains
Downloads from Safari will be considered managed documents if they originate from a managed domain. For example, if a user downloads a PDF using Safari from a managed domain, that PDF complies with all managed document settings.
Important: You must disable “Allow documents from managed sources in unmanaged destinations” in the iOS or iPadOS restrictions payload in order for documents downloaded from Safari to be managed.
Safari password domains
Usernames and passwords entered in websites with Safari can be saved if the domain is listed. More than one domain can be listed.
