Update your software

To update your device, do one of the following:

  • iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings  > General, then tap Software Update.

  • Mac: Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click General  in the sidebar, then click Software Update.

  • Apple TV: Go to Settings  > Software Updates, then select Update Software.

  • Apple Watch: Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. Tap My Watch, then go to General > Software Update.

  • Apple Vision Pro: Go to Settings  > General, then tap Software Update.

  • Android device: Go to Settings > System > Software update (or Settings > Software Update), then follow any onscreen instructions. See the Android Help article about updating to the latest version of Android on the Google support site.

    Interface options may vary across different versions of Android and on different Android devices.

    Note: Not all features are available in all countries or regions.
