Learn how to attach, adjust and care for Crossbody Strap and Wrist Strap. Selected Apple iPhone cases are compatible with Crossbody Strap and Wrist Strap. Also, you can attach Wrist Strap to AirPods Pro 2 and later.
Attach Crossbody Strap to your iPhone case

Start with your case off your iPhone. Look for small openings on the bottom corners of your iPhone case where you can attach the Crossbody Strap connectors.
Thread the cord loop end of the connector from the outside of the case, through one of the openings in the case. Continue threading the cord loop through the second hole, to the outside of the case. Slip the metal ring through the cord loop, and secure the loop by gently pulling on the metal ring.

Connect the second connector on the other corner of your iPhone case. Make sure the connectors are securely attached. Put the case back onto your iPhone.
Use the snaps on Crossbody Strap to attach and detach it from the connectors on your iPhone case. Unsnap one end of Crossbody Strap, loop through the metal ring on the connector and snap it closed. Repeat on the other end of Crossbody Strap with the other connector to attach both sides securely.
Adjust the length of Crossbody Strap
Remove Crossbody Strap from your body before adjusting its length. Pull one stainless steel mechanism up or down. Then slide the second stainless steel mechanism until the two straps unify and lay flat against each other.
