Change General preferences in iTunes on PC
In the iTunes app on your PC, use the General pane of iTunes preferences to specify a library name, choose how to show lists, specify import settings, and more.
To change these preferences, choose Edit > Preferences, then click General.

Library Name | Enter the name of your iTunes library. This is useful if you use more than one library. If you turn on iTunes library sharing, others see this name. | ||||||||||

Grid view download badges | Display download buttons when viewing items in your library in a grid. | ||||||||||

Playlist Icon Size | Choose the size of the playlist icons that appear in the sidebar. See Intro to playlists. | ||||||||||
When you insert a CD | Choose what happens when you insert a CD. See Import songs from CDs. This option is only available if your computer has a CD or DVD drive, or if you have an external drive connected to your computer. | ||||||||||

Automatically retrieve CD track names from Internet | Display song and artist names automatically when you insert an audio CD and are connected to the internet.
