If you can't add a shared key to Apple Wallet
When you receive a shared key, you'll need to open the link on a compatible device.
To add a shared key to Apple Wallet, you'll need:
An iPhone or Apple Watch with the latest version of iOS or the latest version of watchOS.
An Apple Account with two-factor authentication turned on.
When you open the link on a compatible device, you should be redirected to the Wallet app to add your shared key. If you aren't redirected to the Wallet app, update your device and open the link again.
