If your Apple Watch is unresponsive and you don’t have your iPhone, you can remove the cards you use with Apple Pay and turn off Apple Cash on the web at your Apple ID account page.
Pack your Apple Watch
When you pack your Apple Watch, don’t include anything else in the box – such as the watch strap or other accessories. If you do, they won’t be returned to you.
With the box open, lift the cover of the compartment and remove the white bag.
Place your Apple Watch in the bag, then place the bag in the compartment. Make sure the screen of your watch faces up.
Close the box. If there’s a battery sticker pasted on the outside of the box, make sure the battery sticker is pasted flat on the box and isn’t covered by tape or a postage label.

Find the name of the courier on the provided shipping label (or elsewhere in the packing materials).
Visit the courier’s website to schedule a pick-up or find a drop-off location.
If a commercial invoice was included with your postage box, attach it to the outside of the box. If you don’t, the courier might not be able to deliver the package. Commercial invoices are only necessary in some European countries.
Make sure you get proof of collection from the courier to confirm that you’ve sent your Apple Watch for a service.
