View activities in Schoolwork
After your teacher adds an activity to a Handout and posts the Handout, you can view the activity. When you view an activity in a Handout, you can see the work your teacher wants you to complete. For example, your teacher might want you to watch an attached movie, submit an essay, or complete a task in an app that provides student progress.
In the Schoolwork app , do one or more of the following:
View activities in an active Handout. To view activities in an active Handout, do one of the following in the sidebar:
Tap Recents, then tap a Handout.
Tap a class, tap Due, then tap a Handout in Due Today or Due Next.
View activities in a submitted or completed Handout. To view activities in a submitted or completed Handout, tap a class in the sidebar, tap Done, then tap a submitted or completed Handout.
Tap an activity on the left.
To view an individual activity, tap the activity on the right.
Schoolwork opens the activity in the location your teacher specified.
When you view a submitted Handout, you can see all progress data up until the date your teacher locks the Handout or marks the Handout complete. Until your teacher locks a Handout or decides a Handout is complete, you can redo your activities and submit again.
When your teacher marks a Handout complete, progress reporting stops and you can no longer submit work or make any more changes to the Handout. Schoolwork saves copies of your work in iCloud Drive, but your teacher can no longer view any updates. When you view a completed Handout, you can see all progress data up until the completion date.
