Allow Apple Remote Desktop to access your Mac
Use Remote Management in Sharing settings to allow others to access your computer using Apple Remote Desktop.
- On your Mac, choose Apple menu   in the sidebar, then click Sharing. (You may need to scroll down.) in the sidebar, then click Sharing. (You may need to scroll down.)
- Click  next to Remote Management. next to Remote Management.
- Turn on Remote Management. 
- Turn on any of the following options: - Always show Remote Management status in menu bar. 
- Anyone may request permission to control screen. 
- VNC viewers may control screen with password. If you turn on this option, you need to enter a password. 
 
- Click the “Allow access for” pop-up menu, then do one of the following: - Let anyone with a user account on your Mac access your computer: Choose “All users”, click Options, turn on the options that local users are allowed to perform, then click OK. 
- Choose who can access your computer: Choose “Only these users”, click  , select the users who can access your computer, then click Select. , select the users who can access your computer, then click Select.
 
- Below Computer Information, enter information to display in the System Overview Report. (You may need to scroll down.) 
- Click Done.
