Change Name, Phone, Email settings for your Apple ID on Mac

On your Mac, use Apple ID Name, Phone, Email settings to change the name, phone and email information associated with your Apple ID.

To change these settings, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, then click Name, Phone, Email on the right. If you don’t see your name at the top of the sidebar, click Sign in with your Apple ID to enter your Apple ID or to create one.

Option				Description
Name				Change the name associated with the Apple ID account.
Birthday				Specify the birthday associated with your account.
Reachable at				Specify the phone numbers and email addresses that can receive messages sent to your account. Click the Add button , enter an email address or phone number, then click Next. Enter the code sent to the email address or phone number, then click Next. To remove an email or phone number, select the item, then click the Delete button .
Announcements				Receive Apple emails and communications including announcements, recommendations and updates about Apple products, services and software.
Apps, Music, TV and More				Receive Apple emails and communications including new releases, exclusive content, special offers and recommendations.
Apple News Newsletter				Receive emails from Apple News editors highlighting top stories.
