Offline

A device is offline if:

• It’s turned off or out of battery life

• It’s not connected to a mobile data network, such as 3G, 4G, 5G or LTE

• It’s not connected to the internet using Wi-Fi or Ethernet

AirPods are also offline if they’re in their case or out of range from one of your iOS or iPadOS devices. AirPods are in range within about 33 feet (10 metres).
