You can connect one external display in addition to the built-in display to your MacBook Neo.
MacBook Neo
MacBook Neo supports one external display in addition to the built-in display. Closing the lid of your MacBook Neo will not increase the number of external displays that can be supported. You can connect a display to the USB-C port on the left when facing the left side of the computer.

One display up to a native resolution of 4K (3840 x 2160) at 60Hz
Maximum Display Support
Available scaled resolutions for an external display in Displays settings might vary by available system resources and type of connected displays. Scaled resolutions greater than the macOS default are not reflected in the maximum support listed above.
