Prepare your Apple Vision Pro for Express Replacement Service
After you schedule Express Replacement Service*, you'll get a kit that has your replacement device and everything that you need to send back your original device.
Prepare your Apple Vision Pro
Remove Activation Lock and erase your data.
Pack your Apple Vision Pro for return
Disconnect the power cable and battery from the Audio Strap and place them in a safe location.
Remove the head band from your Vision Pro and place it in a safe location.
Pull the Light Seal and Light Seal Cushion straight off the Enclosure (the main part of the device that contains the displays and aluminum frame), then place them in a safe location.
If you have ZEISS Optical Inserts, remove your ZEISS Optical Inserts and place them in a safe location. If you're using a screen protector, remove it. Extra items included in the box won't be returned to you.
Pick up the protective film from the bottom of the box, remove the backing, and apply the protective film to the cover glass of your Enclosure.
Place Apple Vision Pro cover glass-side down into the tray.

Locate the small eject holes next to each Audio Strap on the inside edge of the Enclosure.
Carefully insert the extraction tool into the eject hole on your Apple Vision Pro. Only use the included extraction tool — do not use a paper clip or SIM eject tool.
Slowly pull the Audio Strap outwards, keeping it straight and aligned, while continuing to press the extraction tool into the eject hole. Don't wiggle the strap or pull it off at an angle.
Remove the extraction tool from the eject hole.

Remove the extraction tool from the eject hole.
Place both audio straps in a safe location. Extra items included in the box won't be returned to you.

Close the outer box.
Seal the box with tape and mail the box to Apple.*

Ship your Apple Vision Pro to Apple
Please use the same box that included your replacement device to return your product.
Place your product into the shipping box and seal the box with the tape provided. Don't include your head band, Light Seal, Light Seal Cushion, ZEISS Optical Inserts, or other accessories in the box. Extra items included in the box won't be returned to you.
Call Shun Feng Hong Kong Customer Service, during weekdays (Monday through Friday), to arrange collection of your product at 8302 2883. Enter 1 (for cantonese), 2 (for english), or 3 (for mandarin). Advise Shun Feng that you are using prepaid return service. The customer service agent will take your details and arrange for a collection. You will be asked to provide the following details over the phone:
Your Name
Pickup address (must be the same as the replacement device delivery address)
Company name: Apple
Contact number
Repair ID
Hand your packaged product to the Shun Feng Hong Kong courier. The courier will assist you with return AWB pasting on the box and apply an additional Protection Plus seal.
Check that Apple has received your product after a few days. Apple isn't responsible for any damage during shipping.
Apple will release the temporary hold on your card after we process your original device and confirm that the issue is covered. If your original device is not returned within 10 business days or is found ineligible for service due to unauthorized modifications or severe damage, the hold will be charged to your card.
*Express Replacement Service is an AppleCare benefit that is not available in all countries or regions.
