Volume Purchase Program: Cache alert

You might encounter the following alert when using the Volume Purchase Program (VPP) portal: "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."

Try resetting your web browser's cache. To reset your web browser's cache, follow the steps below for your web browser:

Safari

  1. Select Reset Safari from the Safari pull-down menu.

  2. Select Clear history, and click Reset.

Other web browsers:

For best results, view the Volume Purchase Program portal in Safari.
