A message to your students. A Handout can include announcements, reminders, instructions, assigned activities, or requests for work. Handouts consist of a list of recipients (an entire class or one or more students in a class), a title, instructions, and an activity assignment or request for work. A recipient and title are required; all other information is optional. You can also specify a Handout due date. If you add a due date, any activities or work a student submits after the due date are late. Schoolwork displays the Late Data icon to indicate activities or work submitted after the Handout due date. Schoolwork automatically sets due dates to 11:59 p.m. local time for the specified day. Teachers can post a Handout, or save a Handout as a draft until they are ready to post at a later time.
