Delete user accounts in Apple School Manager

You can delete manually created user accounts; however, active accounts must first be deactivated.

To view which accounts can be deleted, see User account status in Apple School Manager.

Delete a single account

In Apple School Manager , tap Accounts in the sidebar.
Search for an account in the Search Accounts field, then select the account you want to delete.
Tap Delete Account.
Make sure you want to delete the account. This action can’t be undone.
Tap Delete.
Tap Close or wait for the process to finish, then tap Done.

Delete multiple accounts

In Apple School Manager , tap Accounts in the sidebar.
Search for accounts in the Search Accounts field, then select the accounts you want to delete.
Tap Change in the Account Status row.
Choose Delete from the pop-up menu, then tap Continue.
Tap Delete.
Tap Close or wait for the process to finish, then tap Done.
