Use iTunes U content in Schoolwork
For materials, use the iTunes U app to download materials, then tap the Share button to add the downloaded materials to a new Schoolwork assignment. You can also use iTunes U for web to download the materials from your My Materials Library or course Materials pane, then add the materials to a Schoolwork assignment.
For courses, use the iTunes U app or iTunes U for web to export the course from your instructor name at the top of the iTunes U window, then import the content as new Schoolwork assignments.
When you export a course, iTunes U only exports the course’s content. A course export doesn’t include any student information, discussions, hand-ins, or grades.

Add details to create your new assignment.
Schoolwork creates the assignment with the material and saves a copy of the material in the associated assignment folder in your Schoolwork class folder in iCloud Drive.
Note: You can also use the Share button when viewing a course in the iTunes U catalog to add an iTunes U course link as an activity in a new Schoolwork assignment.
