Gigabit Ethernet port
With the Gigabit Ethernet port, you can connect a router or modem to your Mac mini, or connect to another computer to transfer files without using Wi-Fi. Your Mac mini comes standard with a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port or you may have the optional 10 Gigabit Ethernet (RJ-45) port.
