Change VoiceOver preferences for accessibility on Mac
On your Mac, use the VoiceOver pane of Accessibility preferences to turn VoiceOver on or off, open VoiceOver Utility or start the VoiceOver tutorial.
To change these preferences, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Accessibility , then click VoiceOver.

To quickly turn VoiceOver on or off using the Accessibility Shortcuts panel, press Option-Command-F5 (or if your Mac or Magic Keyboard has Touch ID, quickly press Touch ID three times), then select or deselect the Enable VoiceOver option.
To specify which options are available in the panel, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Accessibility, then click Shortcut.
