How much will it cost?

There's no charge if the issue is covered under warranty, AppleCare+ or consumer law. If your issue isn’t covered, the price depends on the type of repair. Ask your service representative for an estimate.

Check your cover status


AppleCare+ for Apple Display extends your technical support and hardware cover up to three years from your AppleCare+ purchase date. It also includes up to two incidents of accidental damage cover. Each incident has an excess fee, as shown. If you didn't buy AppleCare+ with your Apple Display, you can buy it within 60 days of your Apple Display purchase if your product isn't damaged. 

The following prices are for Apple repairs with AppleCare+ accidental damage cover.

These fees apply in the United Kingdom. All fees are in British pound sterling (£) and include VAT.

Accidental damage to the Apple-branded stand and/or VESA mount used with your Apple-branded display will be treated as external enclosure-only accidental damage.

Apple Limited Warranty cover

Our Limited Warranty covers your Apple Display and Apple-branded accessories against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought them. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorised modifications. See the warranty for complete details. You can check your warranty status online and update your proof-of-purchase information if there's an error in our records.

Out-of-warranty service

Repairs are considered out of warranty when:

  • Your Apple Display is over one year old
  • Your product has an issue that’s not covered under warranty or consumer law, like accidental damage or damage caused by unauthorised modifications

If your Apple Display needs a repair that isn't covered by warranty, we might be able to fix it for an out-of-warranty fee. Contact your service representative for details. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

Apple accessories

The Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product are covered by our warranty and consumer law. If you bought AppleCare+ for your Apple Display, your cover includes these accessories, as well as the Apple-branded stand and/or VESA mount included with or purchased at the same time as your Apple Display. For service details, contact Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider.

After service

We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare+ cover, whichever is longer. We offer this whenever you get service from us or from an Apple Authorised Service Provider. This does not affect your consumer law rights.
