Apple Limited Warranty coverage
Our Limited Warranty covers your Apple Display and Apple-branded accessories against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought them. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. See the warranty for complete details. You can check your warranty status online and update your proof-of-purchase information if there's an error in our records.
Can I buy additional coverage for my Apple Display?
AppleCare Protection Plan gives you expert telephone support and additional hardware service options up to three years from the original purchase date of your Apple Display. You can buy the AppleCare Protection Plan up to 12 months from the day you bought your Display.
You may also have consumer law rights. Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare Protection Plan benefits are in addition to your rights under consumer law.
Repairs are considered out of warranty when:
- Your Apple Display is over one year old
- Your product has an issue that’s not covered under warranty or consumer law, like accidental damage or damage caused by unauthorized modifications
If your Apple Display needs a repair that isn't covered by warranty, we might be able to fix it for an out-of-warranty fee. Contact your service representative for details. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
The Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product are covered by our warranty and consumer law. If you bought AppleCare Protection Plan for your Apple Display, it also covers these accessories. For service details, contact Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
