Redownload TV programmes and films that you purchased

1. Open the Apple TV app.
2. Tap the Library tab.
3. Tap the film or programmes that you want to redownload. If you use Family Sharing, tap a family member’s name to see their purchases.
4. Tap the Download button . 

Can't see the film or TV programme that you've purchased?

1. Open the Apple TV app.
2. Click the Library tab.
3. In the sidebar, click Films or TV Programmes.
   
4. Hold the pointer over a film or TV programme, then click the Download button . If you use Family Sharing, choose a family member's name next to Purchased to see their purchases.

Can't see the film or TV programme that you've purchased?

1. Open iTunes.
2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > Purchased. If you use Family Sharing, you'll see Family Purchases instead of Purchased.
3. Click Films or TV Programmes in the top left-hand corner of the iTunes window. If you use Family Sharing, choose a family member's name next to Purchased to see their purchases.
4. Find the film or TV programme that you want to redownload. 
5. Click the Download button .

Can't see the film or TV programme that you've purchased?

You can't download films and TV programmes on Apple TV, smart TVs and other streaming devices with the Apple TV app. You can stream films and TV programmes that you purchased. Just open the Apple TV app and go to your library.

Can't see the film or TV programme that you've purchased?

TV programmes and films that are included with your Apple TV channels or Apple TV+ subscription won't appear in your list of purchases.
