In the United States, you can use Apple Pay to send and receive money with friends and family. And you can make payments to participating businesses in Business Chat on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.3

Within apps and online in Safari

Use Apple Pay wherever you see this button, or see Apple Pay listed as a payment method. You might also see Donate with Apple Pay or Buy with Apple Pay.

  1. In China mainland, you can use Apple Pay on the web in Safari only on compatible iPhone and iPad models using iOS 11.2 or later.
  2. Some shops might have this symbol on their card readers and point-of-sale terminals, but they might not be currently set up to accept contactless payments, including Apple Pay. If you can’t use Apple Pay at a shop that is displaying the contactless payment symbol, let us know.
  3. In some countries, Business Chat will become available to businesses on a rolling schedule.
