Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone or iPad

Connect your device to available Wi-Fi networks, including public, secure and previously used networks.

Connect to a Wi-Fi network

  1. From your Home screen, go to Settings, then tap Wi-Fi.

  2. Tap to turn on Wi-Fi. Your device will search for available Wi-Fi networks automatically.

  3. Tap the name of the Wi-Fi network that you want to join. You may be asked to enter the network’s password first or agree to terms and conditions. If you don’t know the password to the Wi-Fi network, contact your network administrator.

  4. Look for the blue ticknull next to the network name and the Wi-Fi iconnull in the top corner of your screen. This means you’ve connected successfully.
