Import existing email messages to iCloud Mail from your custom email domain
When you use Custom Email Domain with iCloud Mail, you can import email messages from your previous email provider to iCloud Mail and have all of your emails in one place. You can only import your custom domain email messages on the web at iCloud.com.
When you import existing email messages:
Your messages appear in a new folder in iCloud Mail with the name of your previous email address.
If you organised your emails into multiple folders in your previous email account, those folders will appear in the new folder.
Before you import your email messages to iCloud Mail, check how many messages you’re importing and make sure you have enough iCloud storage:
Sign in to your previous email provider to check how many emails you’ll be importing.
If you need more space, find out how to manage your iCloud storage.
Not all email providers are currently supported.
